ABOUT GAUDY
HI, I'M
GAUDY.
I notice things.

SOME OF THE THINGS
I’ve always been curious about what is happening underneath what we can see.
The sentence in a meeting that people don’t understand.
The process that technically works but contradicts another process that intersects with it.
The question no one has asked yet, but I am itching to ask.
The moment something clicks in a dance lesson and unexpectedly explains something about my faith and work relationships.
ORIGIN STORY / SORT OF
I didn't set out to build a studio.
I was trying to understand things.
Why do smart people leave the same meeting with completely different interpretations? Why can two processes work perfectly well on their own and create chaos when they intersect? Why can we feel completely stuck even when there are possibilities around us we haven’t been able to see yet?
I kept noticing.

IN MY FAITH
WITH TECHNOLOGY + AI
Stories became questions. Questions became experiments. Experiments became frameworks. One experience illuminated another that seemed completely unrelated. And some things simply remained stories.
That is Gaudicia Studio.
a creative practice for seeking orientation through curiosity
THE STUDIO IS WHERE MY WORLDS GET TO MEET.

Curiosity
I write. I host Life. Work. Motion. I’m the author of Find Your Rhythm. And I continue exploring ideas through Stories and through books and bodies of work that are still becoming what they’re going to become.
Some already have names:
Fragments. Ignite Your Voice. Clarity Architecture.
They aren’t all finished. Neither is the thinking.
Enough orientation to choose your next motion—including the choice not to move.
THE LESS POETIC VERSION
I have 20 years of experience working across agency and large-enterprise environments, often in the spaces between disciplines.

FOUNDER
GAUDICIA STUDIO, LLC
My work has included complex initiatives spanning operations, customer and employee experiences, digital platforms, communications, data, systems, and cross-functional delivery.
I listen. I ask questions—occasionally the one everyone was hoping I wouldn’t ask yet. I map relationships, notice contradictions, and look for missing context, unclear ownership, and assumptions hiding inside familiar language.
Then we figure out what is true enough to move from.
FIELD RESEARCH / APPARENTLY
Apparently, I think with my whole body.

Dance teaches rhythm, resistance, partnership, expression, trust, and the distance between understanding something intellectually and actually knowing it in your body. Voice keeps raising questions about hearing yourself and letting your own expression come through. Boxing is teaching me what happens when you stop analyzing long enough to throw the punch.
My body keeps joining conversations my brain thought it was having alone.

THE TOOLS THAT HELP US SEE
I’m interested in what helps us see.
That includes AI. I don’t find AI particularly interesting as a replacement for human thought. I find it fascinating as a companion to it—a sounding board, a thinking partner, a witness to how an idea changes over time.
I care about using technology in ways that extend human capacity without quietly removing human agency.
THE HUMAN IS THE PART I DON’T WANT US TO LOSE.
STILL BECOMING
Mostly, I’m still curious.
Gaudicia Studio isn’t the culmination of everything I’ve figured out. Quite the opposite. It’s where I put the things I’m still exploring.
Some will become frameworks. Some will become books. Some will become consulting work. Some will become a three-minute podcast episode about a ridiculous meeting. And some may simply remain questions.
Because I don’t think clarity always begins with having the answer. Sometimes it begins by noticing something you hadn’t seen before—and getting curious enough to stay with it.
HAVE A MESSY SITUATION?
PLEASE DELIVER YOUR ORGANIZATIONAL CHAOS TO MY DESK. THANK YOU.
Curious how orientation applies to you?
