I’ve been thinking about how to make the invisible parts of my work more visible.
A lot of what I do happens in conversation.
Someone brings me something messy.
I ask questions.
I notice what is pulling the work in too many directions.
I help find the anchor, create structure, and make the next move easier to see.
Then the conversation ends.
The work moved, but unless you were in the room, you would never know what happened.
So I created Practice Cases.
They are a way to capture what Clarity Architecture looks like in real situations.
Not polished hypotheticals.
Not frameworks floating in space.
Actual moments where something was unclear, tangled, oversized, or stuck — and where orientation created motion.
The first one is now live:
Practice Case 01 — You Are Your Own Scope Creep
A 20-minute clarity intervention that helped narrow an oversized capacity-planning effort into a defined Phase 1.
